Raízen — authorized representative of Shell in Brazil — built Shell Box so drivers could fuel and pay from the same app. But poor UX was driving people away.

We rebuilt the experience end to end — payment, loyalty, points redemption and station finding — then validated it through months of user testing and focus groups.
